RE STOCKING: Item is in transit from our supplier
BACK ORDERED: Items that have simply run out. They ship as soon as we receive our restock, waiting times may vary. You may cancel backordered items at any time or defer payment until they are in stock again.
SOLD OUT: Sold out and not likely we will be re stocking.
PRE-ORDERS - These are items that will become available at a future date. You can pay immediately or defer payment until release, (NOTE: a non refundable deposit is required for some PRE-ORDERED items, if you choose to cancel a pre-order at a later date the deposit must still be paid, to cover our costs).
AVAILABLE NOW: Means an item is available right now, but despatch time may vary as we order this in specially.
SPECIAL ORDER: Some rare items can be ordered in from specialist suppliers, just for you!
NOW ARRIVING: These items are in transit from our supplier. You may order them now and they ship when there in stock, it's simple!
Delivery times vary. For next day delivery items are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Items will only arrive the very next day if ordered before 4PM orders processed after this time will be dispatched the following morning. Deliveries are guaranteed for working days only. Items ordered after 4pm on Thursdays or on Friday via Next Day service will arrive on Monday which is the next working day.
